Restore and Repair
The Restore and Repair Fund enables us to address infrastructure needs. As you partner with us to maintain and further develop our infrastructure, you enable us to fulfill our mission.
IT needs: $32,500
Hartland College needs to update its information technology infrastructure. We need to upgrade:
Your donations in this area will help us keep up our campus and online ministries which are so much needed at this time. Thank you in advance for your help.
Housing $200,000
We are blessed with the humble disposition of our staff members living in houses that need major repairs. Out of the 21 houses we have on campus, a good number need to be upgraded with new carpets, flooring, roofs, sinks, toilets, and paint. With your support we can be stewards of the houses we have on campus. Praise God for your help and support!
Girls Dorm $1,400.000.00
Our current ladies’ dorm is completely full! Therefore, we urgently need to build another structure that can house 20 female students. The estimated cost for a three-story 10 10-bedroom building that has 7,000. square feet is $1,400.000.00
Dorm Furniture $100,000
Our students’ dorms need good-quality beds, desks, dressers, and chairs (for 50 students) plus durable furniture for the living rooms in the men’s and ladies’ dorms. The current furniture is not in good condition and a renovation would bring a needed homey and nice atmosphere to the dorms. Your support for this fund would be very much appreciated!
Historical Building Renovation $500,000.00
Hartland has a three story log building with a southern classical look on its property. This building has great historical value and was the living quarters for most staff when the institution was founded more than 40 years ago. The renovation of this building will provide space for classrooms, offices and guest rooms. It will also provide a hall where historical elements of Hartland College will be displayed. The estimated cost to renovate this 3 story building is $500,000.00
Vehicle Fleet: $150,000
Our institutional 15-passenger vans are 2001‒2003 models and have hundreds of thousands of miles on them. These vans are the means of transportation for our outreach programs, including choir, health outreach, and Bible outreach trips. Some of them do not have working air conditioning or heating systems. We need better vehicles! We need $150,000 for four new vehicles, including two 15-passenger vans, one 7-passenger van, and one car. Cars in good condition with low mileage are also gratefully received from donors who would like to donate a second-hand vehicle. Thank you for your support.
Elementary School $30,000
Our efforts this year will be in improving the Hartland Day Academy missionary emphasis in education. Our academy students will be involved in outreach classes and community practice, so they taste the missional spirit of Adventist education. We are in need of age-appropriate desks and chairs, shelves for books and teaching materials, and computers for learning typing, basic power point presentations, and Microsoft Word. We are also in need of adding space to our small building for classrooms for multigrade students. We appreciate your help and support for the HDA.
